Just like Grandpas jokes, fruitcakes get better with age! You’ll probably think to yourself – now, this is what fruitcake is supposed to taste like! And then you’ll see that just like Grandpa’s jokes, Bizzibeans’ cakes are always on the right side of fruity. Our fruitcakes have a long shelf life due to the cooking process: the fruit is boiled and added to the cake mix to ensure a juicy and flavoursome loaf – you’ll be surprised how moist and tender the cake is when taking your first bite.
